Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor for the Wellness Center in South Haven. The role requires delivering safe, engaging group classes, following appropriate intensity levels, and offering progression options to all members.

Ideal candidates will hold certification in group exercise (and CPR/BLS), possess strong communication and motivational skills, and maintain equipment and records while ensuring every session starts and ends on time.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in group exercise instruction and CPR/BLS.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to conduct safe, on-time classes with progression options.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective and enjoyable group exercise classes following class type format at appropriate intensity, teaching progression/recession options.
• Communicate, organize, and motivate people as a group.
• Conduct safe and motivating classes that start and end on time.
• Teach progression/recession to ensure all members/guests are successful.
• Maintain equipment, checklists, and logs; report any issues to the Manager of Group Exercise.
• Attend club team meetings and Group Exercise training sessions.
