Job summary

The Boca West group fitness program is seeking an energetic instructor to design and lead safe, engaging classes for members of all fitness levels. You will curate playlists, manage studio logistics, and foster a welcoming atmosphere throughout each session.

Credentialed with a recognized Group Fitness certification (ACE/AFAA/NASM or equivalent) and CPR/AED certification, you should have at least two years of experience. Availability includes weekends and holidays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor with ACE/AFAA/NASM or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Fitness Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, effective group fitness classes for Boca West members.
• Curate playlists that match class tempo and ensure seamless transitions.
• Arrive early to set up equipment, manage class flow, and tidy the studio after sessions.
• Engage members to create a positive, inclusive class atmosphere.
• Attend departmental meetings and be available for scheduling, including November–May.
