Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver Orangetheory Fitness workouts, energize member experiences, and support sales and retention goals. The role emphasizes high-energy coaching, strong communication, and community engagement to foster a welcoming studio environment.

The Coach collaborates with the studio team to ensure quality member experiences before, during, and after classes, with a focus on safety, performance, and results. This role reports to the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse members.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class session.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately maintain member documentation and records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate membership options clearly and respond to questions about programs.
