Greater New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator to support evidence-based behavioral health treatment at our Lawrence Township, NJ location. The role is part-time and on-site, with daytime and evening group sessions, compensated per group.

You will facilitate groups focused on mental health and substance use recovery, incorporating CBT/DBT-informed skills and relapse prevention to promote recovery and coping skills.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience providing behavioral health services or therapeutic group facilitation.
• Working knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions (CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, relapse prevention).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills; ability to engage diverse behavioral health needs.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Ability to work part-time, on-site in Lawrence Township, NJ during daytime or evening groups.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate structured group sessions focused on mental health, substance use recovery, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
• Incorporate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, psychoeducation, relapse prevention) into group programming.
• Create a safe, inclusive group environment encouraging active participation and respectful communication.
• Support clients in identifying challenges and developing skills for sustained recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical team to align group programming with individualized treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions and observations in line with standards.
• Uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality, and trauma-informed practices.

Educación
