Job summary

YMCA Boston is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead and motivate members in a safe, inclusive class environment. Reporting to the Health and Wellness Director, you will deliver engaging sessions across a range of offerings.

The ideal candidate holds a current Group Exercise certification from a nationally certifying body (NCCA accredited preferred) and can modify moves to meet varied abilities and cultural needs. Part-time schedule with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Group Exercise certification from a nationally certifying body.
• NCCA accredited certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes in a safe, enjoyable environment for all fitness levels.
• Foster community within the class and adapt sessions to varied health and cultural needs.
