Job summary

Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program in Atlanta, seeks a master's level clinician to facilitate groups for adult clients across residential, PHP and IOP levels. This is a temporary part-time hourly position (20 hours/week) with no benefits.

The role requires prior clinical experience in group therapy for psychiatric illness. Responsibilities include group facilitation, EMR documentation, curriculum development, and coordination with the recovery team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, etc. (required).
• Group facilitation experience required.
• Prior experience with psychiatric illness in residential/PHP settings preferred.
• License or license eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates groups during treatment hours and documents in the EMR.
• Uses curriculum to plan and co-facilitate day treatment groups.
• Provides planned and emergency coverage for groups.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all duties.
