Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English to communicate with customers and process company paperwork.
• Available to work on-call during nights, weekends and company events.
• Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders and navigate elevation changes.
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend and push/pull.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from the property grounds.
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings.
• Perform basic gardening and weeding tasks.
• Clean windows and common furniture.
• Carry out general maintenance on building and grounds.
