Cottonwood Reserve Apartments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This role offers up to 20-25 hours per week, with potential schedule requirements including evenings and weekends.

You will help maintain the grounds and assist with basic property upkeep. Responsibilities include trash removal, sweeping and pressure washing paths, basic gardening, window cleaning, and general maintenance of building and grounds to support a welcoming, safe environment for

• Reads, writes and speaks English to communicate with customers and interpret safety manuals.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Capable of navigating elevation changes and uneven terrain.

Cottonwood Reserve Apartments is looking for a Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team! This position offers up to 20-25 hours a week, depending on schedule requirements. A typical schedule may require 5, 4-hour work days.

Qualifications & Required Experience of a Part-Time Groundskeeper

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events.
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.
