Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking an entry-level Housekeeper/Porter at Promenade at Grande Park in Weeki Wachee, FL. This part-time role (<30 hours/week) requires cleaning apartment homes to move-in standards and maintaining common areas with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will support a community under supervision, handle grounds duties, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure a well-kept property. Availability Monday through Friday preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; prior housekeeping or porter's experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to follow move-out cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment homes to move-in standards under supervision.
• Maintain common areas daily and monitor restrooms.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and plant watering as required.
• Follow safety policies and communicate with supervisor regularly.
