Seasons at Mount Pleasant Apartments in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, neat outdoor areas around the clubhouse and property offices. You will perform seasonal grounds work, plant flowers, weed beds, clean common areas, and assist in basic upkeep.

The role requires reliability, physical capability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, and adherence to safety rules. Shifts are Monday and Friday 8am–5pm, plus Wednesday 8am–1pm; experience in groundskeeping is a plus.

• Experience with seasonal grounds work and lawn upkeep.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to follow OSHA/Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal grounds work, debris cleanup and lawn upkeep.
• Plant flowers, weed beds and maintain flower beds around the clubhouse.
• Clean/stock dog stations and common areas; assist in preparing apartments.
• Assist in light maintenance tasks and winter snow duties as needed.
