Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a part-time groundskeeper to cover Bend, OR and Redmond, OR. The role requires reliable transportation and experience with grounds maintenance and hand/power tools.

The position offers $20.00/hr, plus benefits such as a monthly phone stipend, mileage stipend, 401(k) with matching funds, profit sharing, and training opportunities, with two Redmond days and one Bend day per week.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Learns skills necessary to complete the job.
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager).
• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.).
• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.).
• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.).
