Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces across multiple properties, working with the District Manager and store teams to uphold clean and operational standards. The role is outdoor, labor-intensive, and involves use of tools to keep grounds and facilities in good condition.

The position is part-time (three five-hour shifts per week, up to 24 hours).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools (required)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule:

P/T, three five hour shifts per week - days are flexible!

Up to 24 hours per week
