Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper for Cason Estates Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN. Schedule is 8am-12pm, up to 24 hours a week, with on-call requirements for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include trash removal, pathway cleaning, basic gardening, and general maintenance. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to read and communicate in English, with safety procedures and manuals being essential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to climb stairs and navigate elevation changes.
• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Cottonwood Residential is hiring! We are looking to add a Part-Time Groundskeeper to our team at Cason Estates Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN.

Schedule:

8am-12pm

Up to 24 hours a week

Qualifications & Required Experience of a Groundskeeper

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events.
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.
