Job summary

Condominium Associates, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, landscaping, and exterior common areas in a Safety Harbor, FL community. You will perform routine gardening tasks, trims, and upkeep to keep pathways, entrances, and amenities welcoming for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, common areas, walkways, entrances, and other exterior community areas.
• Maintain grass and landscaped areas.
• Perform routine weeding, pruning, trimming, and removal of dead or overgrown vegetation.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials as needed.
• Blow and remove grass clippings, leaves, litter, and debris from sidewalks, parking areas, driveways, and other common areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community amenities, including pool areas, recreational areas, entrances, and other common spaces.
• Assist with the removal of trash and debris from designated exterior areas.
• Monitor community grounds for unsafe conditions, irrigation issues, damaged landscaping, fallen branches, or other maintenance concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform basic grounds-related repairs and maintenance as assigned.
• Operate landscaping equipment, vehicles, and hand tools safely and properly.
• Perform routine inspection and basic care of landscaping equipment and tools.
• Follow established schedules for mowing, trimming, watering, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance.
• Assist with preparing common areas for community events, inspections, meetings, and other activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly store tools and equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, community rules, and property-specific policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with residents, Board Members, vendors, coworkers, and management.
• Report maintenance, safety, security, or property concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
