Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Part Time Groundskeeper for Southerly St Augustine. The role focuses on maintaining the property's curb appeal, interior and exterior painting, and grounds upkeep to meet safety and aesthetic standards.

You will work with the Community Service Manager to support make-readies, common areas, and related maintenance tasks, delivering quality workmanship and attentive service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of painting and maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance experience preferred).
• Have at least a high school education or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property's curb appeal through interior and exterior painting and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and common area upkeep.
• Perform drywall repair, paint touch-ups, and other maintenance tasks.
• Deliver quality workmanship and customer service in interactions with residents and staff.
