Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Part Time Maintenance to join a talented team and help maintain a thriving manufactured home community in Colorado. The role emphasizes teamwork, mutual respect, and a proactive approach to exterior upkeep and basic repairs.

Responsibilities include landscaping around the clubhouse and common areas, meter reads, delivering notices to residents, winter maintenance, and after-hours response for water and sewer issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the manufactured home community.
• Maintain landscaping around clubhouse and common areas.
• Conduct monthly water meter reads.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Respond to after hours calls for water and sewer emergencies.
• Troubleshoot water/sewer breaks and repair meters.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Perform follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
