Job summary

SPM, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our community grounds, keep outdoor areas tidy, and support maintenance efforts. You will work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on safety and quality.

Applicants should have experience in grounds care, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather. You’ll collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to address service requests within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of grounds care and basic maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a courteous and cooperative approach

Responsibilities

• Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance
• Picking up debris and keeping all outdoor areas tidy
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed
• Completing service requests promptly and efficiently (within 24 hours)
• Following OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
• Supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Team as needed
