Secret Enterprises LLC, a lifestyle resort in Kissimmee, Florida, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, gardens, and pathways, ensuring the property looks inviting for guests.

You will trim trees and hedges, mow and edge lawns, prune garden areas, and operate mowing equipment while keeping safety and weather protection in mind.

The ideal candidate is hardworking with a solid understanding of lawn care, landscaping techniques, and the ability to handle physical tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience as Groundskeeper or landscaper preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, digging, standing).
• Ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areas.
• Maintain garden areas, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Trim hedges, bushes, and trees.
• Maintain clean pathways.
• Protect outdoor areas from inclement weather.
• Operate push and riding mowers, as well as other landscaping equipment.
• Schedule any required specialized services.
• Trash is cleared and cleaned.
