Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser for Eugene, OR. You will manage assigned stores, perform audits, and ensure products are balanced and well-stocked. The role requires reliable transportation, mobility to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication with store teams.

You’ll work 15–20 hours weekly, earn $20 per hour, and use mobile apps for reporting and updates. Weekly pay, PTO, sick days, 401k with company match, and a monthly phone stipend are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and stocking shelves per new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores and report findings.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
