Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is seeking Team Members to work with Roasting Ovens and Grill at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location. This part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to menu execution and food service while supporting a fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities include meal planning with leadership, reviewing menus, maintaining sanitation, coordinating with departments, and assisting with purchasing and inventory of food supplies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate due 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning in conjunction with Leadership
• Review menus prior to preparation of food
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
