Job summary

Seldin, LLC is seeking a Part Time Graphic Designer to work at our Corporate office in Omaha, NE. This role creates marketing materials for Seldin Company’s multifamily portfolio and supports the Marketing Department with special projects to strengthen the company’s brand.

Candidates should have three or more years related experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator), and comfort with social platforms.

Qualifications

• Three or more years related experience and/or schooling strongly preferred using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience using an SLR camera and video editing in Premiere is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
• Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).

What You Will Do

The Graphic Design role creates marketing materials for Seldin Company’s multifamily portfolio and supports the Marketing Department with special projects to help achieve department and company goals. This position is also responsible for developing engaging, creative design assets that reflect and strengthen the company’s brand.

Skills and Requirements

Three or more years related experience and/or schooling strongly preferred using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience using an SLR camera and video editing in Premiere a plus.
