Job summary

Landscapes Golf Management, along with Arlington Ridge Golf Club, seeks enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendants to join our team in Leesburg, FL. This part-time, entry-level role offers 15–25 hours per week and includes training for candidates without golf-course experience.

Responsibilities include assisting members with tee-time check-in, handling cash, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean pro shop; you’ll interact with guests and provide excellent service in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Can compute simple math and count change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Registers golfers for their tee times, checks in customers, takes payment and assigns golf carts; maintains logs.
• Assist members/customers with merchandise questions courteously and professionally.
• Cash out members/customers and monitor the front counter.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise on golf shop floor, restock to proper levels.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop and assist with cleaning golf carts when necessary.
• Handle customer service requests of members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintains neat, well groomed, professional appearance and adheres to club dress code.
• Assist with the setup of tournaments, leagues or other golf events.
• Assist with merchandise inventory as needed.
