Job summary

Arlington Ridge Golf Club seeks friendly Golf Shop Attendants to join our team in Leesburg, FL. This part-time role offers 15–25 hours per week with on-site responsibilities in the golf shop, greeting members, processing tee times and merchandise sales.

No golf-course experience is required as we provide training; a positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are essential. Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must deliver a high level of customer service.
Good oral communication skills.
Can compute simple math and count change accurately.

Responsibilities

Registers golfers for tee times, checks in customers, processes payments, and assigns carts.
Assist members/customers with merchandise questions courteously and professionally.
Cash out members/customers and monitor the front counter.
Stock, tag and display merchandise on the golf shop floor and restock as needed.
Maintain pro shop cleanliness and assist with cleaning golf carts.
Handle customer service requests politely and professionally.
Maintain neat, groomed appearance and adhere to club dress code.
Assist with tournaments, leagues, or other golf events.
Assist with merchandise inventory when needed.
Be solution-oriented and meet customer service standards.
