Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly, service‑minded team member to support Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will perform duties professionally, operate a golf cart safely, and monitor course activity while enforcing rules and safety procedures.

The role requires strong communication with guests, good organization, and the stamina to stand or walk for extended periods. A willingness to assist across departments and maintain a neat appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must have good organization skills.
• Ability to communicate easily with members and guests.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing or walking for long periods of time may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a professional manner.
• Operate cart in a safe manner.
• Monitor play on golf course.
• Enforce course rules.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort.
• Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills.
• Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property.
• Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times.
• Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.
