Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Starter/Ranger at Naples Grande Beach Resort to deliver professional guest interactions on the golf course. The role emphasizes helpfulness, safety, and excellent customer service while maintaining a neat appearance and nametag visibility.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position requires standing/walking for long periods and a flexible schedule to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must have good organization skills.
• Ability to communicate easily with members and guests.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, and lift repeatedly throughout the day.
• Standing or walking for long periods of time may be required.
• Position requires full attendance of scheduled hours.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non‑combative.
• Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
• Required to spend most of the time out.
