Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a Performance Fitter for part-time, seasonal event days in Minnesota. You will set up and break down displays, conduct consumer fittings with our fitting protocol and launch monitor, and help educate customers about Callaway products.

Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential, as is golf knowledge. Weekend availability during the golf season and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of successful retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
• Golf club fitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the goals of the Customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down displays and equipment and ensure each event is uniform in setting up per Callaway’s Product Fitting protocol and for the fitting process.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of the full line of Callaway Golf products to consumers.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol, launch monitor, and other provided tools.
• Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges and share and solicit lessons learned from each event.
