Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to conduct product fittings and set up displays at events in Minnesota. You will educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, use fitting tools, and work with the Outside Sales Representative as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding consumer experiences, handling setup and teardown, and maintaining equipment. Weekend availability during golf season is required, with frequent travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of successful retail/golf shop selling experience preferred
• Golf club fitting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the goals of the Customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down all displays and equipment per Callaway’s Product Fitting protocol.
• Educate consumers on Callaway Golf and Odyssey products at events.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and tools.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges after each event.
