Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to run product fitting days and customer demos at events in the Minneapolis area. You will set up displays, perform fittings, and educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, helping drive enthusiasm for the brand.

The role requires weekend availability during golf season, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with travel within the territory. Prior golf retail or fitting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of successful retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
• Golf club fitting experience preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance for the resident state.

Responsibilities

• Support the goals of the Customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down all displays and equipment following Callaway’s Product Fitting protocol.
• Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present and up to date.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Explain the advantages of the full Callaway Golf product line to consumers.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and provided tools.
• Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges, sharing lessons learned.
