The Golf Pro Shop Guest Services role supports guest arrivals, tee-time reservations, merchandise sales, and top-notch customer service across the shop environment.

The position is part-time, with flexible weekend/holiday hours, and requires a valid driver’s license, background checks, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• General golf knowledge required.
• Able to operate computer, tee reservations, POS, and count money.
• Strong communication; work independently or in a team.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Credit and Criminal background checks required.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between shops and property.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides exceptional customer service at the pro shop.
• Performs opening and closing duties, operates POS, and reconciles deposits.
• Processes payments and follows cash handling procedures.
• Books tee times and provides information about amenities and events.
• Maintains clean, organized work environment and displays merchandise.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
