Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to run product fitting days and deliver an exceptional consumer experience at events. You will help set up displays, educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, and work with an OSR partner to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires weekend availability during golf season, with events lasting 5–6 hours. Prior golf knowledge and fitting experience are preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
• Golf club fitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the goals of the Customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down all displays and equipment and ensure consistency with Callaway’s Product Fitting protocol.
• Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present, presentable, and up to date.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Explain the advantages of the full Callaway product line to consumers.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and tools.
• Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
• Communicate accomplishments and challenges with OSR and share lessons learned.
