Job summary

Windsor Parke Golf Club in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a part-time Course Maintenance employee to join the Agronomy team. The role involves diverse maintenance tasks to keep the course in daily play-ready condition, including greens and fairways care and course setup.

Expected 15–25 hours per week at $16.00 per hour. High school education preferred; some related experience is acceptable. Ability to work variable hours and perform physical labor is required.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate lawn and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rake the bunkers and maintain sand areas.
• Cut and trim greens, tees, fairways and roughs to optimize course appearance.
• Assist with watering the roughs and general landscape maintenance.
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing as needed.
• Deliver course setup procedures and ensure daily course readiness.
