Job summary

Windsor Parke Golf Club in Jacksonville, FL is hiring full-time, hourly Course Maintenance staff to join our Agronomy team. The role includes maintaining the course, operating small equipment, and performing landscape tasks to ensure optimal daily play conditions.

We offer a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. Applicants must be able to work every other weekend and lift up to 50–100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in lawn/garden maintenance is a plus.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily course appearance and grounds.
• Rake bunkers and cut/trim greens, tees, fairways, roughs.
• Operate small machinery for edging, mowing and debris removal.
• Assist with irrigation and landscape tasks and plantings.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and proper equipment use.
