Job summary

Old Shores is seeking Grounds Crew Members to join a team shaping a premier Florida golf experience. You'll support turf grow‑in, maintain tees, fairways, and greens, and perform daily course tasks with safety and pride.

Applicants should have experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping, a valid driver's license, and the stamina to work outdoors in all weather. Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour plus benefits, with opportunities to grow in agronomy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Support turf grow‑in and ongoing course maintenance across tees, fairways, and greens.
• Hand‑pick sticks and debris to keep surfaces clean and playable.
• Manage irrigation and hand water to control dust and support turf establishment.
• Fertilize, seed, and nurture turf through grow‑in and peak playing condition.
• Mow and maintain turf to course standards as grow‑in progresses.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the golf course, grounds, and maintenance facilities.
