Responsabilités

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day, answers questions, and suggests menu items.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions; uses the Point of Sale system.
• Adheres to established service systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows standards for greeting, cocktail service, and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service and upholds safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
