Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside services, pace of play, guest relations, and cart area operations.
• Organize groups and events with the Tournament Coordinator and prepare staff for events.
• Maintain records of club rentals and services; ensure club rental equipment is cleaned after return.
• Monitor staff performance, schedule, and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Ensure clubhouse, cart storage, and parking area upkeep and inventory guest supplies.
• Ensure policy compliance and educate players on course rules and pace of play.
• Assist with food and beverage activities as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as required.
