Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Cart Barn Attendant to maintain golf carts, detail equipment, and support members and guests with a friendly, professional service standard upheld by Troon. Responsibilities include cart cleaning, sign holders, and assisting with bag room duties while ensuring safe operation of golf carts.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of golf (implicit in role).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (golf clubs and equipment).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail golf carts daily and maintain tires, windshields, seats, and sign holders.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with bag room duties and transfer clubs as needed.
• Ensure carts are secured and returned at day’s end.
• Support coordination of services for golf tournaments and daily Troon standards.
