Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Golf & Baseball Sales Associate in Minnesota. Starting wage is $17.50+ per hour with a schedule that covers 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Mon–Sat, and Sundays; average 20 hours per week. You will greet customers, identify needs, promote products, and support merchandising and training efforts.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience, with a customer-first mindset and comfort using store tech and basic office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Flexible schedule to work 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Mon–Sat; some Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy on the sales floor.
• Engage with customers to determine needs and promote products.
• Hit sales goals and follow Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stocking.
• Operate a handheld inventory scanner and basic computer tasks.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
