Job summary

CBRE is seeking a part-time GIS assistant in Radnor, PA to support production of map-based materials for marketing and market analysis. You will learn GIS fundamentals while assisting other GIS staff and handling large geospatial datasets under supervision.

The role requires pursuing a Geography degree with a 3.0+ GPA and at least 1 year of GIS experience with ESRI. Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop & Online will help with data extraction, mapping, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to support production of map-based results using ESRI and mapping platforms.
• Assist team with mapping workload overflow as needed.
• Acquire and maintain accurate market data for mapping services.
• Extract, format, and transform demographic/location data for mapping.
• Log and prioritize work using the company’s map workflow system.
• Help maintain a map library for dedicated regions.
• Stay current with internal GIS training and assignments.
