Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Dayville, CT is hiring a warehouse picker for the 4th shift (7:40 pm–3:40 am). You will monitor label/print machines, operate the ACE, and manage carton recycling while ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveries.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long hours, and weekend work. You will use GES and other warehouse tech to pick products like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, keeping shipments organized and inventory up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend work on Sundays, Thursdays and Saturdays and holidays.
• Lifts 15–50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor label/print machines to ensure no jams.
• Operate auto case erector (ACE).
• Empty carton recycle and organize cartons in GES system.
• Ensure proper cart handling and storage in warehouse and trailers.
• Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases in truck trailers.
• Distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
• Complete housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
