Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a night-shift palletizing operator in Dayville, CT. You’ll operate automated palletizing equipment to build stable pallets for beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, with a start time of 11:50 pm and end at 8:00 am, Wednesday through Sunday.

You must be at least 18, physically able to stand all shift, lift 15–50 lbs, and follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures. The role offers competitive pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated/robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets.
• Program product codes, validate case counts, and adjust based on production needs.
• Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment, following safety protocols (LOTO).
• Set up palletizing boards and ensure proper flow of finished goods on the conveyor.
• Enter or request information via computer terminals based on the production schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor automated/robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets
• Program product codes, validate case counts, and make adjustments based on production needs
• Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment, and consistently follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols
• Set up palletizing boards in the proper areas and ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system
• Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks
