Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health in Hawaii is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time evening shift. You will provide professional nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team following facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Hawaii RN license required.
• Geriatrics experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures.
• Transcribes physician orders to MAR, physician order sheet, charts and care plans.
• Maintains and orders appropriate stock of resident medications and supplies.
• Conducts physical assessments and implements interventions to meet resident needs.
• Performs assessments on admission, transfer and discharge.
