Symbria is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist for Concordia Village to impact the lives of older adults in geriatric and post-acute settings. The Rehab Team emphasizes patient-centered care, mentorship, and collaborative practice within an employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PT Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
