Job summary

Symbria is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Rehab Team at Concordia Village in Springfield, IL. You will develop and execute treatment plans for older adults, supervise assistants, and contribute to patient outcomes within a collaborative team.

New grads are encouraged to apply; mentorship and hands-on experience are provided. Uniform expectations include completing documentation and maintaining productivity standards in a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
