Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Nazareth Living Center is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to impact the lives of older adults in geriatric settings. You will establish goals and execute treatment plans while supervising PT assistants within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute/long-term rehab and/or rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set appropriate goals and execute treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and engage with the community.
