Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Ballwin, Missouri. You will set goals, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise PTAs while maintaining productivity and documentation.

You will contribute to outcomes for geriatric patients in senior living and post-acute settings, with mentorship provided for new grads in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and act as a trusted community partner.
