Job summary

The Orchards at Southgate is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our geriatric-focused care team in Southgate, Michigan.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients to maintain independence in daily activities. SNF/LTC experience is preferred, and familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• 0 years of experience or recent graduate.
• SNF/LTC experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a geriatric setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional ability and independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed.
