Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license with Nebraska.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and supervisory roles.
• Ability to join a compassionate, team-oriented long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents at all times.
• Assign, delegate, and direct nursing care based on staff qualifications, facility layout, and residents' needs.
• Complete compliance rounds to monitor nursing staff performance and ensure shift duties are completed.
• Supervise and provide direction to nursing assistants and medication aides.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed.
• Accurately administer medications and report any medication errors promptly.
• Assess and respond to the physical and emotional needs of all residents.
• Review, revise, and implement resident care plans as necessary.
• Notify the Director of Nursing, physician, and resident family of any changes in condition.
