Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times.
• Assign, delegate, and direct nursing care according to staff qualifications.
• Complete compliance rounds and monitor shift duties.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides.
• Administer medications accurately and report errors.
• Document nursing care and maintain 24-hour reports.
• Coordinate communication between shifts and with physicians.
