Job summary

Atlantic Health System in New Jersey seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join the Assisted Living and Home Visit Team, with 15 hours per week in Union County. The NP will visit patients 65+ at home and in assisted living facilities for primary care, supported by physicians in a well-established practice.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of NP experience in internal/geriatric medicine and a passion for geriatric care. No weekend work or on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing Nurse Practitioner with at least 5 years of experience in internal medicine or geriatric medicine.
• Candidate should have a passion for caring for the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients aged 65+ in their homes and in assisted living facilities for primary care visits.
• Work as part of a team with physicians and resident physicians in a well-established practice.
• This role is part-time (15 hours per week) with no weekend work and no call duties.
