Job summary

National Wound Physician Group in Lexington, KY seeks a part-time general surgeon to provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings. The role offers autonomy and a flexible schedule with no nights or weekend obligations, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

You will participate in a 7am-4pm window for full-time or a 3-day minimum for part-time, with paid training and ongoing wound care fellowship opportunities to enhance expertise.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Wound care fellowship/training may be provided and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
• No nights, no calls, no weekends.
• Document at point of care in real time.
